The sweatshirt shown is embroidered on ash with a red bow and charcoal monogram. The sweatshirt color, bow color, and monogram color can all be customized. Please enter all this information in the personalization box.

The monogram should be provided in the order F-L-M OR in whatever order you want it to appear in. I will embroider it exactly as typed. Please note there will be no refunds given for monograms received in the wrong order. If you realize you have made a mistake when ordering please reach out to me IMMEDIATELY. If the item has already been personalized then you will have to purchase a new one, There are no exceptions.

Orders are batched and filled weekly on Tuesdays, with items ready for shipping by the following Wednesday or Thursday. This means you can expect your order to arrive within 2-7 business days based on the day of the week the item was purchased.

There are no special care instructions for this product, but you can air dry to prevent piling and shirking if you desire.
